Refund & Cancellation Policy

Classes and Workshops

Registration reserves a participant's place in a class or workshop. Unless otherwise stated for a particular program, registrations are non-refundable once the program has begun.

If Electric City Improv cancels a class, workshop, or program, customers will be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another available program.

Requests to transfer or cancel a registration before the program begins will be considered based on timing, availability, and the circumstances involved.

Show Tickets and Events

Tickets to performances and special events are generally non-refundable.

If Electric City Improv cancels an event, ticket holders will be offered a refund, credit, or admission to a rescheduled performance when applicable.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets may be honored for the new date.

Fulfillment / Delivery Policy

Electric City Improv primarily sells services, registrations, and admission to live events. We do not generally ship physical products.

Class and workshop registrations provide admission to the program purchased. Event tickets provide admission to the applicable performance or event.
